After finishing my last quilt I decided I needed to make ANOTHER hst quilt.
This is my sewing table. I found a kaleidoscope ruler at Joann's last week when they had the super sale. 50% off quilting notions AND I had an extra 20% off everything even sale items coupon. (Savings make my heart skip a beat.) A kaleidoscope is the next quilt up on the list.
This is my design space. Its a big spot between my bed and a wall. I lay it all out and then stand on a chair to take a picture and look at it. For as long as I can remember I've done anything creative sprawled out on the floor. Even art class in high school.
Here is the first row sewn together. I made those corners my bitch! I'm absolutely loving the colors on this one. I admit, life has been crazy and stressful and sad recently so sewing has taken a back burner. It's somewhat better now. I should have sewed for stress relief instead of snacking. My thighs would much appreciate that.

I am a follower now -- so I can keep an eye on you!! I have to admit that I sometimes use uncomplimentary language in regards to my quilts. Occasionally the one that is considered the big bomb!
